Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in the EMR
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Uphold all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of [State] (or compact license)
