Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient‑focused Nurse Practitioner to join our anesthesia care team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering safe, high‑quality anesthesia services in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced anesthesiologists and perioperative staff in a modern, well‑supported clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑anesthesia evaluations and obtain patient medical histories
• Assist in developing and implementing anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia under the direction of a supervising anesthesiologist
• Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthetic levels as needed
• Manage airway support, ventilation, and hemodynamic stability
• Perform post‑anesthesia assessments and ensure safe recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality assurance, safety initiatives, and team meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
• Current and unrestricted AA license in [State]
• Certification by the NCCAA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience in anesthesia or perioperative care preferred
